Damian McLindon
Director

Damian is a graduate from the Australian Film Television and Radio School (AFTRS). His award-winning films have places in prestigious film festivals around the world.

Damian has managed shoots across Australia and the world, working with leading NGOs and brands. His first feature film is in post-production.

Kezia Brett
Producer

Kezia spent years working in the not-for-profit sector working with vulnerable communities and managing projects for some of Australia’s leading charities.

Together with Damian, she runs Peninsula Films, a creative and video production agency on the Mornington Peninsula.

Ben Smith
Producer

As CEO of Mornington Community Support Centre, Ben is dedicated to building communities and responding to local needs.

He is passionate about listening to the voices of those with lived experience, guiding them in finding the solutions to their needs.
